Acer crystal eye webcam - unable to locate component

i tried to open up my bulit in crystal eye webcam on my aspire 4715z, but a pop up msg says that " this application has failed to start because Image.dll wan snot found" what am i supposed to do? pls help.

got two 5610 s power supply socket pins have broken off in both units no one wants to repair them
