Hi, problem can be solved. When a phone battery indicates 99 % of battery life and runs down so quickly, it is caused by damaged battery. When a battery cell is damaged, it will display charging full but itwill empty. You will need to replace the battery for a better battery performance.
When a new battery is been purchase, make sure it is charge it is charge up to 4 to 5 hours before use.
my phone is the same model and did this but when i charged it, after about an hour it would come up with 'charging error stop ' and when i unplugged it, it hadn't even charged at all. and then the other day it just wouldnt charge, i plugged it in, it said it was charging but it wasnt. in the end, it worked by keeping the phone switched off and charging it while i was turned off. so try that, if not then i really dont know sorry
