Every time I send an email I have to go back through and retype I for i and Mike for mike etc.. i have tried turning off autocorrect in Word but this gas no effect. Help! Its driving me mad, oh and my boss thinks i am illiterate!

In the upper left corner of Microsoft Word the page there is a button, click on it. A drop-down menu will appear. Look at the bottom of the menu where there are two buttons that read 'Word Options' and 'Exit'. Click on 'Word Options'. A new menu will appear, on the left panel there is a list of categories you can choose from, locate the one that says 'Proofing' and click on it. Now a different section of the word options menu is open. The first thing you will see in Proofing is the Autocorrect options section, click on the autocorrect options button. A pop-up will appear, where you can change your autocorrect settings. To turn off first word capitalization click the checkbox next to where the label reads 'Capitalize first letters of sentences' and make sure it does NOT have a check in the box, then click OK.
check your recipients email address, try to retype it. Don't forget to type the email add extension (@yahoo.com, @gmail.com, etc.). If that's doesn't work, try to search your recipients email address to the search panel in your yahoo mail.

This is a setting you can change in the AutoCorrect options window.
Open a new document. From the Tools menu, choose AutoCorrect Options to open the AutoCorrect dialog box. Select the Auto Correct tab. In the list of options, uncheck Capitalize first letter of sentences.
To turn off automatic spelling corrections and all automatic formatting:
On the 'Tools' menu, click 'AutoCorrect'
Clear the 'Automatically correct spelling and formatting as you type' check box.
Tip: To specify options for checking spelling, on the 'Word' menu, click 'Preferences', and then under 'Authoring and Proofing Tools', click 'Spelling and Grammar'.

To turn off automatic capitalization and text corrections:

Some of the old pics may be found here. email ad is likewise there. Have not had time to add the new ones but hopefully soon. As to the kids riding bikes, I actually encourage it since I prefer knowing than them riding behind my back. And yes even the wife rides.
Accessories are not that easy to get and most parts are not readily available, guess you can imagine repairs and maintenance issues since most of the bikes are at least a decade old.
