Ok i just bought the geforce 6200 xfx graphics card agp. when i try and run like counter strike
source im able to see the screen to view the servers when i try and
play there is like blurr and screen is all messed up and everything i
dont know what to do maybe its the card? or my pc
cant take it. i got my card at compusa 2days ago im just fed up with
this bs i just want to play games and enjoy them also i changed the agp
voltage to 1.5 i even have a fan that blows on the card soo its not
overheating i just dont know what to do guys please oh yeah and i have
the lastest update for the card if some1 can help that would be great.
if it all dont resovles i have 30days to return it and get a new card

check in your bios settings that the correct settings is enabled if its pci or agp, maybe its some thing like this. hope this helps. also remove your drivers before your take out the card to changed it with another card, by add remove programnmes in control panel.
first try to use your video card to another PC which that video card suits the voltage requirement, and monitor requirement, if the result is still the same, try to return it to the store and buy a new one, and if the result is good, maybe it's time to upgrade your Power Supply, and your monitor.
Try uninstalling the driver and all nvidia products, download the latest driver from nvidia's website.
If that doesnt work, then your motherboard is the problem. Older AGP motherboards tend to have problems witht eh geforce 6200/6600 series cards, I recommend updating those drivers and seeing what the deal is.
