First, cross your fingers that your system is plugged in. Second, pray that there is no obstruction e.g. lamp, bottle, rubbing lotion, sleeping cat, nagging wife, big headed kid, jumping dog, etc.when you press the remote. Third, if nothing works and if the TV turns on when you press power button then rub one out because you've tried all you could, sleep well and tomorrow go buy a cheap universal remote control either used or new, program it and enjoy. This is assuming you've had the system for a while, if just bought then bring only remote back to store for exchange. Or return your bad TV and just pick up a book instead from now on, TV is for losers who don't want to use their brains to think and want the TV to think for them like me.

Remote control for laptop

Hello!
If you want to remotely control your laptop, I would recommend using TeamViewer. It is very popular and used among many to remotely control your laptop from anywhere in the world. In order to remotely control your laptop, you have to install TeamViewer on both systems (also works with SmartPhone to Laptop) and then after you have installed it, get the address and password from the laptop you want to control and then connect it with your other system that has TeamViewer installed. TeamViewer must be and the system must be connected to the internet for this to work.
Thanks for reading, and I hope I have helped!

Our sleep number bed remote control shows "Er" and nothing we do seems to help. What can we do?

A code of "Er" indicates a communication failure between the Firmness Control™ System's base unit and the remote. To fix this issue please follow these steps: 1. Make sure that the Firmness Control™ System is properly connected to your outlet and the power cord is securely connected to the base of the Firmness Control™ System. If the Firmness Control™ System is plugged into a surge protector, make sure it is on. If the outlet is wall-switch controlled, check that it is also on.

2. After verifying your Firmness Control™ System has power, you will need to resynchronize the remote to the base unit. The resynchronization steps must be completed within 60 seconds:
  • Unplug the Firmness Control™ System and plug it back in.
  • Press any button to "wake up" the remote.
  • Your Firmness Control™ System should now be free of the ER code; however if this does not solve your issue, please follow these steps:
    • Unplug the Firmness Control™ System and plug it back in.
    • Press any button to "wake up" the remote.
    • Simultaneously press the softer (down) and firmer (up) buttons on the remote. The remote display will count down from 10 to 1, then "--" will appear followed by "C1".
    • After "C1" is displayed, release both buttons.
    • Simultaneously press the softer and firmer buttons again and "1C" will appear.
    • Release the buttons and the proper Sleep Number setting will be displayed.

Should the problem persist after completing the above resynchronization procedure, please email or call Customer Service at 1-888-484-9263.

Please leave feedback if you find the answer helpful. Regards KatBell

My ps3 keeps havin problems where can i get a new hard disk for my ps3 ?

You're assuming the problem is with the hard drive and it's probably not. The hard drive is merely a storage device on a PS3. The system OS is on the firmware of the hardware itself.
You may have a corrupt system file. With the system off, press and hold the power button on the front of the unit until it beeps three times. Take your finger off the power button and press and hold it again until it beeps two times and then three times in rapid succession. Connect your PS3 controller to the unit via a USB cable and select option two on the menu that will come up.
If this doesn't solve the problem, call Sony at 800-345-SONY for more help and they will walk you through more steps.

Havin problem with a1200 class a/b amp it ligts green and red at same time after hooking in remote how doi fixdo i need diagram to fix

Make sure you don't have any shorts on your speaker wires or rca cables. Unplug one at a time, the turn on power until it stays green with no protect light, then you know what input is causing the short. If you remove all speaker wires and rca wires and all you have connected is the ground, power(12volts) and remote and it still lights up red/green(in protect mode) then your problem is the amp.

MY REMOTE ALWAYS SHOWS ME REM506....

The Audio System does not respond to the remote control.

1. To reset their connection, turn on the remote control and switch the Audio System to Standby mode.
2. In Standby mode, press and hold both INFO and SOURCE on the front panel of the Audio System. It is reset to default when"RF ID clear" displays.
3. Press and hold both PROGRAM and SELECT on the remote control. When “ID claer” displays on the LCD of the remote control, the connection is reset.
4. By now the remote control and the Audio System should be connected to each other. Press and hold PROGRAM and SELECT on the remote control again. When
“ID Locked” displays on the LCD of the remote control, the connection between the remote control and the Audio System is locked.

What is the system control for?

that should be connected to the blue wire of the head unit (the remote/accessory/turn-on wire).

IF you connect this to power, then you will have the amp oin all the time, even if the car is not running. This will drain the battery. The system control input accepts a 12V control signal from the source to turn the amp/eq/power-ant on.

Home Audio Bose 48 - Remote not working

Had an issue with the Bose Remote RC38t1-27 not working at all. Changes batteries twice to no avail. Called Bose Tech support who walked me through the fix. I unplugged the power cord connected in the back of the system. Waited for 30 seconds or so and plugged it back into the system. Also made sure the power cord was uncoiled/unbundled as the RF (Radio Frequency) signal is within. Bingo!
