1. Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds.
2. Re-apply power and observe for at least one minute.
3. If code re-appears, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Have you tried turning it on manually? Look on both sides and in front of the laptop for the switch.

Maybe you don't have your wireless turned on. Look on both sides and in front for the Wireless Switch and turn it on.

Also once the wireless switch is turned on there are keystrokes that can toggle the wireless on or off. Normally you would Press and Hold the FN function key located at the lower left of the keyboard, then hit the correct F1 thru F12 key that toggles the wireless. The correct F1 thru F12 key to hit will have the wireless signal icon )))) on it. Or it might have the icon of a tower with the wireless signal icon )))). Normally the screen will display Wireless On or Wireless Off when you toggle the wireless.

The F1 error code means a button on the touchpad is stuck,usually pushing clear/off will clear it. Since you have done that and it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced

F1 error in your whirlpool cabrio indicates bad control and should be replaced to resolve the error code. However, you can contact Whirlpool as well prior to replacing the control yourself as I have seen whirlpool paying for the parts themselves just because this is known to be a common issue and yes even if its a 4 yrs old they have to fix it. F1 means the flood sensor senses water at base of machine at PC board.
You need to take out bottom drawer and check for water puddle under where the drawer was.If there is water you can get the machine going again by comletely drying it out(F1WILL CLEAR),but it still means you have a leak.With bottom drawer out you can really see whats going on.Once F1 is clear you can actually run upper drawer and see if it leaks.Most likely culprit are the lid actuators.Replace all 4 . It'll run like new.Don't overload drawer .That can cause lid leak too.Also the PC board may be damaged and may start to go crazy giving fake F1 codes.$80 easy fix.
