Aaa i can not play my vedio .how can i play ?

First render your vedios and convert it to the resolution that fits your phone using any of the vedio converters. Then try to play the vedio. If problem is solved, do that for any vedio you watch. If problem persists, clear you phones running tasks and try again

Install the same app on a new Nokia and open the file as you did before.

The problem may be with,
1. Graphics driver installed in your laptop
2. The Video file which you are trying to play may got corrupted.
3. The player you are using to play the vedio may not have proper codec to play the file
solutions:
1. Reinstall the graphics driver for your laptop
2. Try playing some other vedio files
3. Install VLC player and try playing using this player as it supports most of the vedio formats and even plays corrupted vedio files.

You have to get a converter that converts any video format to the one your phone uses.Mp4 has to be converter too.
