Hola Amigo!

http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?scy=JP&slg=ESP&cat=MP3_PLAYERS_CA&sct=FLASH_AUDIO_PLAYERS_SU&grp=PORTABLE_ENTERTAINMENT_GR&session=20080716011205_66.249.71.8&ctn=SA2325/55&mid=Link_Software&hlt=Link_Software

Si te cuesta escribirla poné en google:
p4c philips gogear sa2325 y ahí te va a aparecer.

Bajé el archivo que dice:

Actualización del firmware - Software, Version: 4.16 Inglés
Solicitud (1.34 MB), 2007-10-24

Suerte. CAETO - TUCUMAN - ARGENTINA

MY GOGEAR MP3 PLAYER IS NOT FORMETING

Run a Repair in the Philips Device Manager - it is your only hope. If a message comes up saying, "Failed to Repair Device," then this player is done. This is a legacy mp3 player that is ruined by connecting it to a computer that is running either Windows Vista or Windows Media Player 11. It was tied to a MusicMatch Jukebox service that was cancelled in October 2007. Philips is no longer issuing firmware upgrades for this player, and a firmware upgrade will not resolve your issue. Sorry.

Get the firmware update from the philips website

Philips GoGear Firmware Upgrade
You need to get the latest firmware upgrade from the Philips website:
1. Go to www.philips.com/support
2. Enter your country/language
3. Enter your model # SA6045 or whatever
4. Click on the link for your exact model # (the one w/o the "B" in it)
5. Click on "Software & Drivers"
6. Download the updated "Device/Firmware Manager"
7. Once installed, open the Philips Device Manager
8. Click on the "Update" tab, then the "Update" button (with your mp3 player connected to the computer, of course)
9. Your Mp3 players firmware will update automatically
If you do not have the latest version of the Philips Device Manager installed (the latest is the version from the Philips website), then clicking the "Update" button will give you a false positive saying "The firmware on your device is already up to date."

Gogear sa5125/37 lost softwear got from site still dont work

Download the user's manual also from the website - it will let you know what to do next. I have written an article that you can see in the "Tips & Tricks" section on how to download songs to your Mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11.  Make sure you get the firmware update before using Windows Media Player 11, however: Philips issued a firmware upgrade for this model to correct the freezing issue.  You can't use the version of the Philips Device Manager that came on the installation CD.  You have to go to www.philips.com/support, enter your country, enter your model #, click on SA 6045/37 without the B, and click on the Software & Drivers link.  Within the software & drivers link, you must download the link underneath "Device/Firmware Manager" - this will give you the latest version of the Device Manager.  Using the new Device Manager, connect your mp3 player to the computer and click on the "Update" button within the Philips Device Manager.  This will upgrade your player's firmware, and fix the freezing issue.

PHILIPS GO GEAR

Uninstall the device and software completely first, and then reinstall it. If that still fails, get the firmware upgrade from Philips website - will reload. Note: this player is not compat with Vista or Macintosh.

This is a coincidence. Reset the player, and then upgrade the firmware: Recovery Mode for Philips' GoGear
Open the Philips Device Manager (Start à All Programs à Philips Digital Audio Player à SAXXX à Philips Device Manager) and click on the “Repair” tab.  Then click on the “Repair” button to start the repair process.  Most of the time, when your player is in that state, the Device Manager will not recognize that your GoGear is plugged in.  If this is the case: Disconnect the player from the PC, and make sure the mp3 player is turned off. Hold in the volume + button on the mp3 player, and reconnect the player to your pc while holding in the volume + button. Continue holding the volume + for 10-15 seconds until a "Found New Hardware Wizard" pops up. It should recover your device if there isn't anything internally wrong with the player. Warning: this procedure will result in your songs being erased off the player, so they will have to be reloaded.

Syncing

It is possible that you do not have Windows Media Player 10 or 11. If you do have WMP 10, then try resetting the GoGear first (with GoGear turned on, find a small paperclip or other such device, and press it into the reset hole; it works when the player turns off). Try syncing again.

If you have WMP 11 or Windows Vista, perform a firmware upgrade:
just open up Philips Device Manager (Start --> All Programs --> Philips) - if you don't see it, then re-run the installation CD or grab the "Device/Firmware Manager" from the Philips website; click on the Update tab - this will give your player the firmware upgrade.

If these methods fail, reply to message using FixYa website (not my personal e-mail).
