- Usually when something drops, there's little you can do other than bring it for repairs or toss it out. I don't know what magical incantation you were expecting to get it to work again, but if you can find a time machine and go back during the mythological age it's worth a shot. Also don't ever lazily leave any machine on an unsteady surface for fear of it dropping and becoming a large paper weight. Hope you learned your lesson.
