Question about Televison & Video
More than likely the light engine was knocked off alignment, or is now defective. To verify this, if you bring up the TV's onscreen menu, is it only visible on the top portion? If not, and it looks normal, the problem will be with the input board as it is not able to properly send the whole signal to the processor. The onscreen menu is a signal also being fed through the light engine so if it looks fine, the light engine, which is very expensive, should be fine as well.
