Error code c3452 is displayed on screen
Sir/mam check the right side door that you open to remove the image unit check that the two latches that hold the door close are OK especially the rear one. Close up. To reset. On the right side of the machine just below the scanner section (The part with the big glass) is a cover next to where you connect the Ethernet cable. Remove the cover with the machine on use a small screw driver and gentle depress the small black switch the machine is going to go thru some screens when you see the screen with the copiers on it to the left on the screen in the middle you will see a "." when that is displayed press 3. Code will come back but now press the Utility/counter button should see button that say maintenance mode press that see trouble reset press that machine again will go thru warm up procedure will see the "." DO Nothing! Should go to "Ready to Copy" if the code comes back have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. Can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

I assume this is a Bizhub, Fusing unit fault. to clear you will need to look on the right side of the machine, if this machine is networked?, just below the scanner, on the right side is a small cover it will come off close to where your network cable goes. once it is open press the small black button (Looking at the machine from the right side it will be on your left using a paper clip or small screw driver just gently depress the button the machine will go thur its cycle you will get a Trouble reset on the screen with a "OK" touch then power off, wait ten seconds then power on
