Hi Step 1: If the door won't shut tightly, tip the refrigerator slightly backward by propping up the front of the unit or unscrewing the front leveling legs two complete turns. Experiment with this adjustment until the door stays closed, but don't tip the unit very far out of front-to-back level.

Step 2: If leveling doesn't work, tighten the hinge screws. You may have to open the door (especially the freezer door) to turn these screws. On some units, you may have to remove a hinge cap or trim to reach the screws; pry off the cap or trim with a screwdriver. Sagging and looseness can be corrected by shimming the door hinges. Loosen the hinge and place a hinge-shaped cardboard shim between the hinge and the door. Then tighten the hinge again. Sagging may also be caused by a wrongly placed shim. In this case, you can correct the problem by removing the shim. Experiment with the shims; you may be able to eliminate the sagging.

Step 3: If the door is warped, tighten the screws that hold the inner door shell to the outer door shell. You may have to change or adjust the door gasket after making this adjustment.

Step 4: Check the catch. Newer units have a magnetic catch on the door. If the door doesn't latch properly, remove the magnetic strike from the inner door shell and shim it slightly with a piece of thin cardboard. You may have to adjust the gasket to conform with the new shim.

Is your service free of charge? if yes what cause smowy ice around the freezer door in a refidgerator

This is caused by excess room air getting into the freezer because of leaky door gasket which should seal snugly on a dollar bill inserted between the gasket. Frequent or prolonged door opening will also allow room air in. The higher moisture content in the air freezes on the surfaces of the food etc.

Our GE Profile Arctica will not make ice cubes.

You have 2 problems .
1 . the water valve is not letting enough water in . Pt # WR57X10032 . This is located on the back of the refrig , where the wall water line connects to , on the refrig .
2 . The dispensor flap door , is not closing completely , to seal off the warm outside air , thereby , causing frost on the inside dispensor area , and , on the bottom of the ice dispensor bucket . The usual cause , is the door flap solenoid , pt # WR62X10055 . The plunger , which comes with the solenoid , usually rusts , causing the flap not to close completely .

Ice depensing door will not close on LG model LSC27926ST

It is probably frozen in place. The old ice tray bend and spils in the Ice Bin and eventually leaks out that door. Have you changed the ice tray with the update? This might fix your problem. Do you know if the door has illumination for the buttons? Mine doesn't and I think there should be somethng cause it is hard to read the buttons in the dark.

I HAD AN ICE BALL PROBLEM IN THE LOWER RIGHT SIDE OF MY REFRIGERATOR IN WHICH THEY CAME AND FIXED BY INSTALLING A HEATER. bUT NOW I HAVE ICE BUILD UP IN THE NEXT SECTION UP IN THE FRIDGE WHAT WOULD BE...

Some how warm ambient temps are finding their way in there and causing this ice up. I do know that samsung had built a few of the ge models which have evaporator coils in the refrig section. You should shut off the refrig completely and leave the freezer door closed, but open up the refrig door and let it defrost down to room temp. After trying this log how many days it takes to come back and if its in the same area.
