Question about Maytag Dryers
Ok when you open the dryer door there is four screws two on the door hinge and two across the other side in the same manner. When these are removed you will want to lift slightly on the door to disengage the hinges from the case to remove. Now this front piece will unclip and come off. You will see the lint trap duct in white in front of you. Now look to the left and around the duct to see where the sensors are at the elbow. Check the continuity of these after you unplug the power and after removing the wires from the terminals. If no continuity than this maybe the whole of the problem. If these are ok than you need to finish removing the front and tilting top back to pull drum to check ignitor and flame sensor as well ohms of the gas coils.
