Question about Motorola Lands Phones
First you must contact Cingular to see if that brand /model is still supported. They will ask for serial # and a few other minor details. Basically to see if the phone is registered to a user and if it is able to be reactivated. If it able to be activated it then you will be able to purchase airtime minutes. Good luck
