Question about Lincoln Electric LINK2400-+1 CV-305 MIG Welder with Options Input Power: 20
You need to purchase new tips. They go bad after awhile. They're made of copper, and are quite soft. Simply remove the nozzle (piece covering the tip)by unscrewing it, then get a good set of pliers on the tip to unscrew it. When screwing the new tip in, be sure to only finger tighten it, if you put too much force on it with pliers and what not, you can damage the softmetal, and end up with the same problem.
