Go to playstation network and look for entering safe mode there you
can repair file structure and that fixed my PS3 when it did the same

have your controller wired to the PS3 when you start this. 1. turn off the system. 2. press and hold the on button do not let go you will hear 1 beep then a second beep then the system will shut off(red Light) 3.press
and hold the on button do not let go you will hear 1 beep then a quick 2
beeps immediatly let go of the button. in a few seconds a screen
should appear saying to connect your controller to the system with the
cord. once you do and hit the PS button it should let you know you are
in the safe mode. from there you do the file system restore and it
will restart and say it needs to fix the data DO NOT TURN YOUR SYSTEM
OFF!!!! once it is done you should be fine. I was

it sounds like your blu-ray reader is broken. i dont know how to fix but i found a good site that i used when my ps3 broke. www.videogame911.com they are fast and tell you what is wrong with your system before they do anything. check them out,they helped me out.
frist turn off your system.Then turn it on until u hear 2 beeps.a screen will pop up and follow what it says to do. If does not work then ur system is broke.*****TRY WITH BOTH CABLES AND MAKE SURE 2 BEEPS******.
The only way to get it out is to take the system apart. There are several videos on youtube on how to dissassemble a ps3 sytem. If you dont want to try it you can send it to us. Please remember that if you take it apart it will void the warranty from sony. firstname.lastname@example.org
still wow the system reset should have fixed it well use your rca's the ones you got with the ps3 then fo to your system settings and change it manully fix that still dosent work the tv or the ps3 hdmi connection may be bad sorry man ... thats what i can think off i look in to it more so let me kno if the dose not work.
I look all over the net but could't find anything, until i found a site that said they could show me how to fix any problem with my ps3. When the home screen comes up where it says browser and configuration, Hit the triangle button this will take you into the version screen Now scroll down till you see cd or dvd drive and select it, change the disk read speed the fast. Try this if this does not work go back to the version screen again and select the very top selection i think it say console and turn the diagnosis on and reinsert the disk to see if it reads any more ?'s on this subject feel free to email me at email@example.com
