When I print documents including the test page it sends it to the printer and it does the printing action but prints a blank page. I've turned it on and off, checked the signal and checked the ink cartrages. Please help. Thanks.
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer
cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you
printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where
the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer
turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document
again to verify that the problem is fixed. If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print
cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues
with your model: From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print
cartridge nozzles. After printing the test page, try to print a document again to
verify that the problem is fixed.

you may need to clean and recalibrate those heads, usual for replacement on printers.
also, check for fresh set of drivers here

The 34 and 35 cartridges will work. You can also buy a 23a or 24a from Lexmark.com and you can refill those.

put your finger on the second hole on the top from the right and press the switch (it's small, gotta try a little...), when the display changes, press copy and close the door... it just worked for me!!
good luck

“Lexmark does not support the refilling of its ink cartridges. Refilling the ink cartridges can cause them to leak, thus clogging or even damaging the print head. Any damage to your printer caused by refilled ink cartridges may not be covered under warranty”. Please use genuine Lexmark cartridges for best results.
