You always want to use the highest octane gas u can find in a motorcycle engine .... 91 at least

There are two fuel filters on the motorcycle. The filter in the fuel tank is over the inlet tube, is self cleaning, and should never need maintenance. The other is located behind the right side cover next to the fuel pump.
