Crum data read trouble in sharp ar 207

Hi, I have a sharp ar 207 with a problem. In the display appear F2 code an then 04, as the manual say CRUM DATA READ TROUBLE, I put a new chip toner reset in the cartridge toner and don't work; then, I put a new cartridge toner and don't work, but I don't know more what is CRUM, please help me.

The CRUM chip is what tells the copier that the correct toner is installed. It is specific to the toner cartridge. If it is a new cartridge then it should have a new CRUM chip and there should be no problem. If it is a recharge it's possible that the chip was not changed or the wrong one was used.
