Question about Ricoh Aficio SP C811DN-DL Printer
After replacing the fusing unit I recieved this message. When I called Ricoh they had me turn the machine off and reinstall it. That did not work they told me they would have to send a tech out. Is there something I can do?
Check the connections on the contacts where the fuser unit plugs in for any possible broken pieces or connectors.
