Sansa e280 I was listening to the radio on my 8 GB Sansa e280 and it automatically shut off and now I cannot turn it on. How do I turn it back on? Also i notice my Sansa e280 gets really hot while it is being charged regardless if it is locked or unlocked. Should I be worry? Thank you

Getting warm is normal I've never seen one get HOT, you can pull out the battery from these players very easey by removing 4 screws from the back of the player take it out for a minute and this should reset the player, if not you may need a new battery these are on Amazon for short money.

I took my Sansa back to the store under warrenty, They exchanged it straight across. Really the only advise your team gave me was to take the battery out and turn the unit back on- I had already done this several times before I contacted your site. I wasn't thrilled with the advise given to me

Sansa 280 with 8 gigs

The message says it needs 6MB of space for the MUSIC DB ( the database, the artist names, etc).

You need to delete some of the recordings off of your device to free up some space.

You can manually delete the files while connected to your computer from My Computer>Device Name (e280)>MUSIC Folder.

Best of Luck.
