Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Have just bought a new laptop/notebook and want to download the user manual for this product

Their are a number of ways.
1. Link them via a WIFI router, share the old laptops data files folders and copy them to the new laptop.

2. Programs you cannot transfer, you need to re-install them in the new laptop.

3. Put the data files on USB memory stick and load them into new laptop. Most sticks will do Gigabytes more than a DVD will hold.

4. As above with a LAN connection, share the files and make sure both computers are seen in the same workgroup (see file explorer to make sure they are).

Switch stopzilla to new labtop

You can't switch it from one to the other, you need to install it onto your new computer, if you are paying for something on the stopzilla, you will need to enter your registration information into the new software. As to getting rid of it on your old computer just uninstall it.

Looks like you need to set up your e-mail account onto your new computer. If you still have it set up on your old pc you can go into outlook express and export the account ,save it onto a memory stick, then go onto your new pc and tell the mail program on it (outlook express ? ) to import the account you saved onto your memory stick.

I have an lg 42pq30 plasma tv the main input board went bad causing no audio.. i replaced the board with same part number .. it now has sound but the picture at the right is off the screen good 20% of...

You must use a usb memory stick to copy data values from the old board to the new board. First you have to put the old board back in, insert the stick then follow prompts to copy register values to the memory stick. Then put the new one back in and load the values back onto the new. I would definitely have a certified tech do this process. You don't want to make a mistake with the old board values.

How do i put my music on a memory stick

Insert the removable media into the matching slot on your computer.

Open "My Computer", and you'll find that Windows assigned a drive-letter (not 'A:', not 'C:', not 'D:') to the memory-stick.
Just drag-and-drop to copy files from your 'My Documents' folder onto a folder on the "new" drive-letter.

I have an old sony vaio with a 60 gb hard

How "full" is the hard-drive? Perhaps, you could have only a few gigabytes to be "saved".

Click Start
Click My Documents
Click Edit
Click Select All
Right-mouse click on any of the highlighted items.
Click Properties.
Windows will report on the size (megabytes/gigabytes) of all the selected documents and folders.

Perhaps, you can buy 4GB or 8GB or 16GB USB memory-stick,
and manually copy your 'My Documents' files/folders to that memory-stick.

Or, use the "Windows Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" to "collect" all your files & E-mail, and write an "export" file to that memory-stick.

Then, on the "new" computer, run the same Wizard, and "import" from the USB memory-stick onto your new computer.

Transferring music files with a memory stick

Insert the memory stick into a USB port on your computer.
Windows will recognize the device,
and give you a choice of applications, i.e., play music with Windows Media Player, or, use Windows Explorer to browse.

Select Windows Explorer.
Click to select the files/folders.
Choose "Copy Files".
Copy into your "My Music" folder on your new computer.

Contact list to memory stick

Instead of loading all of your contracts onto your memory stick, why don't you connect your treo to your computer and ActiveSync all your contacts to Outlook, and when you get your new phone, and just have to ActiveSync again and all your contacts will be there. Hope this helps.
