I am geting error 1102 - Lexmark Printers & Copiers

Cartridge Error (1102, 1203, 1204, or 120F)
1 Remove the print cartridges, and close the cartridge carrier lids.
2 Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
3 Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
4 If the power button is not lit, press power button.
5 Reinsert the print cartridges.
If the error does not reappear, the problem has been corrected.
If the problem reappears, one of the cartridges is not working properly. Continue with the following procedure to determine which cartridge is not working properly.
1 Remove the print cartridges, and close the cartridge carrier lids.
2 Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
3 Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
4 If the power button is not lit, press the power button.
5
Reinsert the black (or photo) print cartridge.
6 If the error:
Reappears, replace the black (or photo) print cartridge with a new one.
Does not reappear, reinsert the color print cartridge.
7 If the error reappears, replace the color print cartridge with a new one.

The 1102 error message is caused by a communication failure between one of the printheads (cartridges) and the printer

Below is a link to Lexmark's Knowledge Base on this error and the recommended steps to resolve the problem. You will have to move the bar on the bottom side to side to read it all as it wasn't setup well to read.

This error indicates a problem with user name, password or domain name. Username/Password or Shared Name/Folder Name. Domain name is not entered.

I loaded a new colour cartridge in a lexmark p4350 it gives me a code 1102 i have cleaned the heads and still it gives an error 1102

Error 1102 Refuse to print PC screen says incompatible cartridge although I'm using original lexmark cartridge.


The 1102 error message is caused by a communication failure between one of the cartridges and your printer. Code error 1102


The 1102 error code means that the login user name is incorrect or the domain name has not been entered. You may need to reneter the login user name, domain name and password.

Error 1102


Normal 0 Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

i have a lexmark p4350 and just recently got a eror message 1102, says consult user guide, cannot find that error message in the guide, what is it, thanks
