Question about Brother Fax Machines
We work in a medical center Release of Information office. We sometimes get as many as 25 faxed requests from other treatment providers in one morning. We have to fax 25 sets of medical records to various requesters, and we have to do this very quickly.
With our old fax machine, you could set the documents to be faxed in the tray, dial the fax number, and the machine would immediately scan (?) the documents into the system and would then send them. No waiting. No redial. Move right along to the next set of documents to be faxed. This is what we do.
With our new machine, it can take 15-20 minutes to fax one set of documents. This is time we do not have, and if we're faxing to an intensive care unit or an emergency room, someone's life can be in the balance.
Do you know of a way that we can set the documents to be faxed, dial the number, and have the documents be saved to memory (?) so that we can move along to filling the next several requests???
Please either respond online, or call me at (505) 256-2722.

It sounds like the MEMORY function is not set to ON.
Is there a memory button on the control panel?
