Question about HP Deskjet 3845 InkJet Printer
I recently had a virus on my computer. The person who repaired my computer I really do not believe was very skilled as my computer has never worked right since it was repaired. I have two Printers, a HP Photosmart 2610 and a HP Deskjet 3845. The 2610 works fine but now my 3845 will print, but all pictures are green. I have checked my ink and it has the red ink in the cartridge but I still get a green background. A red shirt will be yellow. I can find nothing in the Reference Guide to correct this problem. Can you please give me some advice of fixing this problem.
Try uninstalling both printers and their software and then reinstall them, the 3845 first. See if you get the same results before installing the 2610.
