Question about MicroBoards PF-2 InkJet Printer
My microboards PFII print just won't print. It drops and loads properly but the disc just keeps rolling, the belt just pushes the disc to the end and it will not print.
I tried printing a test disc and troubleshooting but it won't work.
I also tried reinstalling the print drivers.
Anyhow can offer any help? I'm desperate enough to go buy a replacement if it doesn't solve the problem
Di arleady did the first thing that we advise of customers to do - reload the PF-2 print drivers. Since that did not work you a most likely looking at needing the print engine replaced. This typically costs $600+ depending on how full of ink the inside of your printer is. Hoefully your printer is still under warranty with Microboards. If not, you can call Microboards at 952.556.1639 or check ou this repair company
