Question about HP iPAQ hw6515 Pocket PC
After turning on the Pocket PC it loads up the starting screen,
"HP Pocket PC", then it just goes white and doesn't do anything else.
It charges up, but won't sync with the PC.
Because the iPAQ is not booting up you wont be able to back up any data .
You can uninstall and re-install the Active Sync 4.5 from www.hp.com . Try synchronising . No go then try updating BIOS from the same link www.hp.com. If unable to do so please reply back with the iPAQ serial number (s/n) and product number (p/n).
Or first do a Soft Reset ( will not wipe off data ) by clicking on the link below :
If still no go then go to Hard / Clean reset as in second part of teh above link. It will wipe off the entire data though.
Still no go , please refer to the nearest authorised service centre .
