Unplug the printer from the power and press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds or so. Then turn the printer around so that the back is facing you. Look for two thumb release latches to open the back end view of the rollers. you should be able to open the hatch in the back to get an unobstructed view of the paper rollers. Clear out any paper jambs in this area. Then turn it around with the front facing you and put your fingers in the groove of the plastic panel right above the fold down tray where the paper comes out and pull the hatch downward towards you. This provides a front view of the inside area where the cartridge carriage goes back and forth. Clear and remove any paper or debris in this area. Then plug the printer back in and turn it on, and it should rotate the paper feed forward before winding backward to the starting position. Leave the hatch in the front open or lean downward so you can see the rollers and turn it on and off again to watch and see if anything is stuck on them (like a sticker or label). If you see something stuck there that appears when the rollers roll forward turn the power off to stop it in motion so that you can reach in and remove it before its rotated towards the back.

While copying labels a label became stuck to the drum roller...how do I clean it?

If it is on the photo receptor drum (mirror finish), it will likely not survive cleaning and will have to be replaced. If you mean any roller in the paper path, you can use a solvent such as 'Oops' to remove the sticker and then thoroughly remove any remaining adhesive otherwise you may have a new jam to deal with.

Sticker got stuck on red bar inside

You need to remove the fuser to get access, If you try to dig it out with anything you risk tearing up that red roller, it's pretty soft. You could replace the fuser, around $75.00, but if you take it out you can probably remove the sticker.

On sidekick 1200, The right corner of many pages get bent or torn. It happens with an older one and a brand new one.

All scanners have sets of rollers for paper movement. Sometimes, a small piece of paer can be stuck to the roller. This piece of paer can affect paper movement resulting in paper getting torn. In this case probably a piece of paper is stuck in the right corner. This can also happen if a piece of cellophane sticker is on the roller.

My 2002 Ford Ranger has CDs stuck in the multi-disc player

Take another cd and push the stuck one all the way back then try and eject it. If it doesn't come out right away do the process again this time when you hit eject take another cd and push down or up on it. Wiggle it around so it catches the rollers in there. Using CDs with homemade labels causes jams when the stickers peel up.

I have a canon pixma mp210 series printer and on the printer's screen it comes up with e 2 3 as soon as i turn it on what does it mean and how can i fix it?

E23 Paper feed error

A piece of paper may not be jamming the rollers, but something small, such as a sticker or, in my case, a tag I cut off of a shirt and set on top of my printer, may be stuck under the roller.

Take something stiff and push it under the roller from inside the printer. As soon as you can see it from the other side, remove it and restart the printer.

power on the printer and force a single sheet of paper through the rollers
