Hello my problem is that my dog pulled the rubber off the front of my washing machine and when i try to put it back on im not able to get the wire that holds the rubber in place back on, the machine is a beeb model wm1510w,any suggestions on how to fix it will be gratfully received

You will need to check the drain filter for obstuctions, bra wires,coins hair cilps etc. You will need a low tray to catch the water, there is a front flap that pulls open on the bottom front corner of machine. Find the small black rubber tube with a white stopper, unclip and gentally pull it out of machine, unplug and drain water into tray, this will take some time unless you can move the machine outside to drain,that means removing the knob next to the rubber tube, unscrew. anti clock wise, watch out for a flood of water . if something is jammed you may have too pull on the knob . Only goes back in one way. Reverse to put back together.

You could try pulling the bra carefully out, and try rotating the dum both ways at same time.
I dont think removing the rubber seel will help, but if you want to try, I think that is held on by a wire and strong spring, try a blunt screwdriver,or spoon handles, so as not to damage the rubber, and leaver it off, to replace, use some soap, "fairy liquid type" to help wire slip over the rubber lip!
(In future put bras into small bags, for socks, just a thought)

remove bottom cover at back of machine, loosen large jubilee clip on hose between drum and pump. pull hose down and off, take out strainer basket and pull top off, clean top, ball and basket by running under tap. clean out hose with an old rag. reassemble strainer and put back into hose, in the correct position. fix hose back on to drum and tighten clip. run machine on a hot wash and all should be fine.

Well....Your problem isn't over, you still need to take off a hose and remove the cotton from around the impellar inside the pump. you can do this with your fingers or a needle nose plyers.

Sorry about that I did not notice the word "Belt" in the paragraph. The belt may be slipping. Even though it looks fine it may not be. You can normally tell if you're able to access the belt right after running it, turn off the washer and unplug it. Feel the belt or the idler pulley it's attached to. Quickly though because it may be very hot! If it is then chances are that you need a new belt. Overloading a washer from time to time can wear out the portion of the belt that contacts the pulley causing it to slip.

this is why we are paid to do the tricky stuff. Ok, remove the lid then open the door. look for the front pring loaded wire then remove. Pull front of seal off ridge then bend it back into the tub so it allows you to work easier. you will now see a second large ring holding the other end of the seat to the tub. remove it then pull the faulty seal out. Follow same proceedure putting it back. careful not to tear boot as it is silicon.

hello if you take the top off the washer and look down inside you should see a metal ring with long screw and nut unscrew this so it's loose you should be able to pull the seal off .then on the front of the washer where the next part of the seal is theres another rmetal thin bit of wire . unscrew the platic clip and the wire should come off. then just pull the seal out of the washer and when you put the new seal on fit it the same way you took it off good luck ps get back to me if you get stuck

i use a pair of needle nose vice grip pliers, to hold one side ofthe wire and pull with a nother set connected to the spring, the trick(pain in the a***) is to lean over the machine, or even better ifyou can ge to the side of the machine this allows you to pull straighter, infront of machine you tend to "pull" foward thus poppping off!!!

fix ya..do it your self and save big,,im going to talk you through..and give you the part number...what you need is the bellows part # 8182119...ok vack unplug unit..open the door,,now you see the front lip of the bellow theres a wire with a spring stick a srew driver and pull off,,wire off ..ok now look in the unit right behind the front panel and in front of the tub in the upper right hand corner of tub font or bellows backside there a nut take screwdiver and losen pull bellows off,,easy to put back just reverse but open clamp a bit on back...onthejob
