Question about Televison & Video
This is a problem that I've seen a million times with HP TV's that use LG panels. The problem had to do with the controller board that sends the signal to the video sustain boards. To rule out any signal interference that maybe causing this if I'm wrong, bring up the OSD and try a DVD that is connected to a different input. If they are effected too, then it is has nothing to do with the incoming cable/satellite signal and the TV would require service.
