tengo un scanner alaska 5000u y baje los drivers para el scaner benq 5000u pues he sabido que son lo mismo pero no funciona, el scanner esta en perfectas condiciones y estoy seguro que sirve, pero en mi pc no lo he podido hacer trabajar ...que driver ocupo? pues la pagina de alaska no la encuentro o no existe...
alguien que me pueda ayudar con esta info ...gracias de antemano.
