Definitely try a power drain:

1. Unplug the product's power cable so that the device is not grounded to the house. Do not simply turn off the power-bar if one is in use.
2. Press and hold in the products power button for 1 minute to release the retained electricity from the capacitors and circuit board.
3. Plug the product back into the wall outlet rather than a power-bar to rule it out of contributing to the problem and turn the device back on.
If this doesn't help, the TV will likely require service for the mainboard. Since you are hearing a beep, the power supply must be trying to turn turn on but if the mainboard is shot, this is usually the outcome, good luck.

Are you sure the model number listed here is the one on the back of your set? This older model listed here should not "beep". A lot of questions here get posted with wrong model number.

My big screen won't turn on, but it's plugged in

That model is famous for having capacitor issue and bad flybacks both items are all on the deflection board. You can get replacement deflection boards for the RCA ITC222A TV( which is what your model is) from www.tvrepairworld.com they also include instructions how to remove the old board.

My Big Screen making a loud beeping noise!

The beeping noise is usually related to the Horizontal out put transistor or flyback being faulty or one of the coils are loose near the flyback. If you remove the rear cover without touching anything can you tell if the beeping is coming from the large transformer with the red wire coming out of the top or is it coming from a black transistor on a aluminum heat sink.

Tv turned off and started beeping noise

Sound like high voltage splitter ( born or defected ) Am sure this is your problem. Or maybe fly back defected. Check for possible loose connections. Thank you !!
