Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop

Casio CE-T100 Cash Register

After hitting the sub total button for sales rung up I cannot use the ca/amt tend button. I receive just an "E" error message. Please help

    I have tried the above and it still does not work. The check and charge buttons do work. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

Hi.
You might have compulsory amount tend turned on.
If you press SUBTOTAL, then type in the amount on the display (no decimal point), then press ca/amt, does it work? If not, then you may have mucked up the cash button settings. Does it work if you use another payment type like CREDIT CARD?

    Ok.
    Try this:

    Turn key to program mode (or PGM)
    Press 0
    Press CASH
    Press SUBTOTAL
    Press 3
    Press SUBTOTAL
    Press 0
    Press CASH
    Press SUBTOTAL

    Turn key back to Reg mode and try it.

    Ok. If it still doesn't work, we need to read the programming to see what is wrong.
    Turn the key to Program.
    Press 3 subtotal, then subtotal again. This will print a list.
    Tell me the numbers to right of the word 'CASH'

You have programmed your Cash button as 2 cents. Turn the key to program and enter 00000000 hit your Cash key then subtotal. Turn back and you should be good to go.

I have a casio pcr-t500 I have already pressed the CA/AMT TEND button, but need to void the amount entered...card was declined and customer isn't able to purchase. I know..my bad..any help out there?


You need to refund.
Press RF then each item that was sold. E.g RF DRINK, RF FOOD then press CA AMT TEND. This will return those items back into stock and remove the cash amount from the final total.

PCR-T500 shows the E037, Digit or amount limitation over when I press the CA/AMT TEND, where I receive the cash and try to give the change to my customer, it is work when I PRESS CR and CHK, but it show...


It happens when someone accidentally re-programs the cash button while trying to change prices because they are not following the pricing instructions correctly. Try programming the cash button as a zero price. Do it just like you are making a price change but enter zero into the cash button instead of an item.

I have casio register se-s300. It used to show the change for a customer at final button . But suddenly it doesn't show the change.


Someone has mucked up when they tried to program it. Price the cash button to zero and it should work. Just do same as the way you program prices but program a zero into cash instead of an item button.

The register doesn't show the change amount after press subtotal + cash amount + ca/amt tend.


1)Maybe you need to open the keyboard and clean it. It is possible that you subtotal and cash button are registering as Deptments
2)Or you key is not on Reg

Make sure there is paper on both sides and that the cavers are properley cliped

Rang in 3.50 customer gave $10-when you enter amt tend you get error


turn the key to program and enter (0) , cash, then subtotal . then hit 3 subtotal, (0) cash, subtotal. turn the key back to reg and the cash key should now function correctly

That is the correct program it seems your program is corrupt, just wipe out everything and start afresh

Casio TK 3200 cash register Error 004


This error occurs when you turn the key when you have not completed a sale or x/z reading.

Turn key to last know position hit Subtotal or Cash to complete.
