It's hard to give you a specific answer if you don't give more information...
One solution to replace your LCD is to buy a defective camera online and use the LCD to fix your camera. You can also try contacting the manufacturer and see if they sell the LCD, I don't know what camera you have so I can't tell you if they do or not.
Another solution is to have it fixed by a real digital camera repair business and not some place like the 'G**k Sq**d' as all they will do is send it to the manufacturer and charge you $150.
