I have a Lexmark X3550 printer and need a wireless adapter card, but cannot find this anywhere since Lexmark no longer carries this part. Is there another wireless adapter card that would be compatable...

Try E-Bay, you might be lucky.
Failing that, you can try using a LAN print server, connect the printer to the print server and connect the printer server to your LAN.
Then any computers on your LAN can print to this printer.
OR
Connect the printer to your computer and set it up as a shared printer and if your computer is connected to the LAN then any computer can print to this printer provided you computer and printer are switched on.

Can i connect my canon pixma mp150 to my wireless network

This printer only supports a USB connection it doesn't have any network capability , but if you really like to make this printer to work with your wireless network you can either go get a wireless print server like this one from Linksys WPSM54G so the printer will be working wireless.

Can i connect my f4180 printer to a router and access it wirelessly

Your printer uses a USB interface and can be connected to a wireless network using a print server simular to the Linksys WPSM54G.

I have also found on the web several wireless routers that incorporate a USB print server function, that is they have a USB port that connects to your printer and allows it to be shared on the network.

Be careful not all routers with USB ports are for printers, these newer routers have USB ports for adding network shared disk storeage boxes and do not support printers.

They all incorporate a user friendly WEB based configuration program to help you do this so don't think you need a degree in computer science.

HP Photosmart C3150 compatability with print server

I have a same print server but it works with my Epson printer. Well most print server manufacturers claim that their device should work but in reality they are still subjected to hardware compatibilities some printers will not work, I suggest you just try the same manufacturer as your printer, it may be a bit expensive than universal print servers but atleast your guaranteed that they will work and if it doesn't you have one company to deal with instead of you getting a run around by both companies on who'se fault is it why and why it's not working as they claim.

Anyways here's a link for HP's "wired" printservers.

What brand of print server would be compatible with a linksys broadband router and the HP printer?

You asked for any advice. If you want to use a server, you must already have at least a home network set up (it could be wireless or hard-wired). Yes, stand-alone "print servers" are notorious for only supporting certain printers. If you don't know this before you buy, you may find yourself returning your print server to the store. However, instead of a standalone print server, have you considered setting up one of the computers in your network as a "print server"? That's the way it used to be done. That's the way my own network is set up. You would set up your multifunction printer as connected directly to one of the computers in your network. Enable "printer sharing" on that computer. Then do the following on all other computers in the network for which you desire access to the printer: Add a network printer. If asked for drivers, get them off the printer's installation CD.
