Insperon 1501 freezes

my dell freezes while working types really slow and then catches up gives me error messages constantly and won't shut down from start at times
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

This can be caused by hardware or software. Eliminate the hardware by running a diagnostic check. To do this, hold down the <FN> key and push the power button. If hardware checks out, you probably have a software, virius or spyware issue.
