Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I have a Sansa e250 MP3 Player. I wanted to erase the entire thing and start over, because some of the files on the MP3 player were starting to screw up.
I went through and deleted albums and songs, but there are two albums that tell me they can't delete because "the device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected."
I tried to reformat, but I can't find any option to do so.
I also have one of the mini SD cards. I deleted the music off of that, and I'm pretty sure that should be set.
Can you help?
Look at the device. there should be a reset button probably on the back press that.(might need a pencil or some thing small)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
