Question about Kenmore 55612 / 55614 / 5561 / 655619 Side by Side Refrigerator
Remove bottom tray from freezer. water and ice under bottom bin in freezer.
then it leaks out about every 6 hours onto floor.
Check the drain hole in the freezer. must likely it is plugged. use hotwater and towel and slowly melt the ice to open the hole. also check the hose that leads to the drain pan. ((back or the buttom of the freg.) it may also need cleaning. use a soft wire (electric wire with small piece of towel tapped to the front).
