Thermador 30" Dual-Fuel Range 0FF error

When I push any of the function buttons on the oven console (Timer, Bake, Broil, Clock) the display shows 0FF in red next to the clock. The oven will not turn on and the timer will not work. I can not find any troubleshooting information on this problem. The oven is a model RDDS30V. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have the same problem... my oven has been working fine for two years then today just no function

Make sure there is proper electrical power going to range. Then check your kitcen circuit breakers or fuse box in your house, then reset the oven controls.
LOL look what i found, a CHILD LOCKOUT FUNCTION-- check this out
TO SET CHILD LOCKOUT
Press and hold the COOK MIN/HR and STOP TIME buttons until indicator word OFF appears in the
display (approximately 6 seconds).
TO CANCEL THE CHILD LOCKOUT
Press and Hold the COOK MIN/HR and STOP TIME buttons until indicator word OFF disappears
from the display (approximately 6 seconds). Mode selections will now be available on the control panel.

This was very very helpful. Tx for posting it. For the life of me, I can not understand why Thermador would not include a note or reference to this function within their Care and Use Manual. We actually enabled this accidently as my elder daughter leaned against the controls to turn the back blower on. Go figure! :)

Have Frigidaire Gas oven FFGF3053LSF. We had a power surge & F13 code came on display. Power restored, clock works, F13 code is gone- but now a DR code comes on when I push bake or broil button

Exact same thing happened to me. After a power failure my Frigidaire stove worked and the clock worked but bake broil and self clean gave me a DR error. Tried everything to reset nothing worked. When I unplugged and plugged back in I got an f13 code.I changed the control board and the entire oven is back in business!c86f7aab-24e4-4403-bcd6-0b838d53ac57.jpeg

Thermador 30" range, gas top, electric oven. The display light (e.g. bake 425'F) is VERY dim. How can I fix / replace this?

You may want to send us the control board to see if we can rebuild it and save you some money compared to replacement. Best Regards, bruce www.fixyourboard.com

Oven door won't open

Hi... Having problems with my Dacor ERD36 as well, I came across this posting that might help with your particular situation of not being able to open the oven door.

Here is the link to the forum:
http://www.applianceguru.com/forum1/2189.html

In case you can't get to the forum link, here is the response:

Have a 2nd person at the circuit breaker turn off power. You press and hold the cooktime keypad. The other person turns the breaker back on. The display will show the 4-character ID code of the ERC (e.g., 1180). You have 30 seconds between each test.

Press and hold these keys on sequence:

convection bake
standard bake
pure convection
broil
timer 2 (momentary push only)
stop time
clock

Finally, we arrive at the test we want:
Open the door, push and hold cook time for 10 seconds. Self clean latch motor will activate. Door latch will complete a cycle. The test will end the ERC will display the time of day.

Complete this test within 30 seconds or you'll get an F0 code (stuck keypad).

I hope this helps.
