Pls. disable the other application you have installed that needs the usage of webcam, installing more than one software for using camera conflicting the other one.

Launch the Logitech toolbar from your desktop or from All Programs The settings menu is the 2 gear wheel logo on the toolbar. Start your cam first in the Quick Capture menu (2 film frames) Make sure your USB is 2.0 (enhanced) You may have to reinstall the latest software from here

Start your webcam by opening the 'Quick Capture' menu ( 2 film frame pictures) Open the 'Settings' menu ( 2 gear wheels) and use the horizontal 'Pan and tilt' arrows to centralise your image.
Check 1) If the webcam has a focus ring around the lens to sharpen the image 2) if your computer has the necessary powered USB ports for this model 3) Launch the logitech dashboard (toolbar) start the cam using the Quick Capture menu and adjust while running using the Settings Menu
