Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
My computer recognizes the device when I plug it in with the USB cable but the iriver software doesn't. I just ripped some music using the iriver program but cannot transfer it. When I click on "device info," the message "no portable device inserted" appears. When I click on "tools," "portable device connected" and "disconnect portable device" are disabled. The device is clearly connected, as the computer recongizes it. I've tried turning on and off the the device, plugging and unplugging it, and restarting the iriver program on my computer several times. So the problem must be with the software. When I clicked on Help, "check for iriver plus 3 update," I got the message that the most recent version has been installed. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.
GUYS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUSH THE USB CABLE HARDER INTO THE DEVICE. IM A GENIUS!!

I had the same problem with my Lplayer, and fixed it by changing the 'connection type' in the settings menu of my player. Now plus3 recognizes the player.

DEAR SIR, I HAVE ONE IRIVER E150 MP4 PLAYER. BUT MY LAPTOP IS WINDOWS 7, MY IRIVE E150 DRIVER CD NOT WORKING IN MY LAPTOP NOW WHAT WILL DO? PLS REPLY ME SIR. THANK YOU
