If it will still play games then you could try modding it again if that is what you did or try modding it to fix the problem then revert it back to the original dashboard.... either way if it does play games you can fix it

Did you attempt to mod this? have you done anything with this. people dont give real specifics because theyre embarassed or dont think to include this. your problem could be that you disrupted a xbox dash update or you screwed with the dashboard yourself modding the xbox. i cant give you a clearer answer tho due to the info provided. please next time try to be more detailed. so a better more accurate answer can be given to your problem.

I have a Hisense 65", everytime I play Xbox or watch movies a bar on the left top corner appears and it's annoying me. How do I stop it from appearing?

That is very annoying, I'm fairly sure that there is a button on the remote that makes it go away. I had the same thing happen to me with a smart TV.

Once the xbox is turned on, the picture will freeze with static lines and the only way to clear it is to turn it off and back on. sometimes happens even in the dashboard area.

Yes this normally happens before you get the 3 red lights error, it means that the motherboard is warping because of the heat, and you will need to get it fixed.

You can send it in and they will fix it for you or if you dont want to wait you should use an Xbox 360 Repair guide that works!

I recently cant connect to any matches in gears 2, it finds teammates but then nothing. Ive waiting for at least 30 minutes and nothing happens. It just continuously searches for an opposing team and gets...

Can't help too much without knowing the type of router you have but, when the dashboard update occurred some xbox IPs were changed (last # in the sequence). Double check that this wasn't what happened, as it sounds like you previously did all the work for port forwarding. Check your network settings and compare it to your router settings.

Crackdown freezes as it says loading profile.

You may very well have a bug in one of your saved files/downloads.
To fix this issue, what you will need to do, is delete your gamertag, basically to refresh your xbox HDD, then go to xbox live and go to RECOVER GAAMERTAG,place the email address you used to originally set it up, and recover it. this HAS happened to me once before, and this has a 99.99% of working, now before you start worring, you will not lose your gamertag altogether,....unless you forgot your email address. Let me know how this goes,
thannks

Xbox live

I am wired from my modem to my Xbox and it signs me in but everytime I put in a game as soon as it gets to the menu, it says "Disconnected from Xbox Live". I press my Xbox button and go to the dashboard and it signs me back in again. Why is this happening?

Xbox 360 unplayabledisk problem

When does this happen?  Does it happen when you put a game disk in (a game that has not been burned or copied to a dvd disk). Or does this happen when you put burned audio cd in?

Xbox Dashboard on high definition TV

With the latest update to the Xbox Dashboard available from Xbox LiveĀ®, you can change the default display mode of the Xbox Dashboard from 480i to 480p. Connect your console to the component inputs of a 480p-capable TV using an Xbox High Definition AV Pack toview the Xbox Dashboard in high definition. To get the latest Xbox Dashboard Using a Broadband connection and the Ethernet connector on the back of the console, connect your Xbox to the Xbox Live servers. When you do so, the latest version of Xbox Live, including the Xbox Dashboard, automatically downloads. You do not need to subscribe to Xbox Live for this update to automatically download to your Xbox. But if you don't have an Xbox Live account, get one! To set the Xbox Dashboard to 480p Connect your Xbox console to the component inputs of a TV that supports 480p with an Xbox High Definition AV Pack. Start the Xbox console without a disc in the tray to run the Xbox Dashboard. Pull and hold both the left and right triggers. While holding the triggers, click (press in) the left and right thumbsticks. After a brief blank screen, the Xbox Dashboard will display in 480p. If you want to return to 480i, repeat the controller combination in step 7, or switch your Xbox High Definition AV Pack with another type of AV pack.
