"SPKR" lite stays on

One of the phones on our system has the lite next to the "SPKR" button on all the time. It goes off for a few seconds if you hit any button but comes back on in a few seconds. Otherwise the phone still works fine.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried it but did not work. We do not have music connected to the system.

My motorola h700 wont pair to my htc hero.when i hold the button down on the bluetooth, it lights up blue for 5 seconds then the light goes out

go into settings, look for wireless controls or bluetooth, should ask you to pair with the name of your bluetooth if it wont, turn off the bluetooth in the phone and turn off the bluetooth itself by holding down the button for about 6 secs till the light blinks a few times then goes out. turn the bluetooth function on on the phone FIRST, wait till it says its on, then turn on the bluetooth itself by holding the button down until the light blinks a few times then you get a solid light, it wont stay solid, it will blink a few times then go out blinking from time to time. go back to your phone and find the bluetooth menu and it should ask you if you want to pair, hit yes or whatever option you have and it should start pairing and then connect or you may have to hit the connect option if you have one they dont all connect automatically sometimes so you have to go through all this when you charge the bluetooth or turn it off. good luck.

Toshiba DKT2010-SD Phone

OK, model on bottom of phone is DKT2010-SD, but I found a little cheat card in a file for a STRATA DK8 & DK16 so I used a combination of things. First pick up handset and then hit intercom button, # 652 (for time or #651 for date) and enter time in HHMMSS (hour, minute, second) format, once complete hit the redial button.
