Question about Canon NP 6035 Copier
I write and print resumes and cover letters for a living and recently, I discovered a shadow along the very top of my 11 x 17 parchment paper. If I lightened the exposure, it went away, however, as I kept lightening it, the line came back. My repairman says I need a replacement copier. I bought some toner and it went away, but now it is back. What should I do?
NP 6330 Copier
Did he clean the optics???
Canon copiers are susceptible to dust in the optics.
1-turn off copier
3-pull scanner to the middle (gently)
4-clean mirrors w/lint free cloth be gentle -you do not want to displace the mirrors
5- remove the black metal plate that covers the lens to get to the other mirrors
6-put everything back
