I have only used it to clean my tiled floors, and it's been brilliant. Then the other day, I turned it on and it seemed to be in perfect order, but then I realized that it isn't warming up and producing steam. Is there a way to fix this or would it be best to contact the manufacturer and return it?

test the nozzles, gasket if there are attached o.k 2( examine the hose blockage 3( test the pump 4( test the motor 5( test the belt 6( see the tank is full or are broken and replace, can get air in the system see the diagram and proceed with common sense. God bless you

My newly laid porcelain floor tiles black matt slate effect look dirty after cleaning with water and a cloth. still looks like they have grout residue stuck to them. How can i clean them

Grout residue is removed with an acid residue remover. The installer should have done that--call him back. If epoxy grout was used (not likely) it will be a real problem to remove.

My h2o steam mop does not produce steam.I have only used it 6 times. I have tried using 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water to clean the system but no joy.

The H2O Mop X5 is designed to thoroughly clean floor surfaces, such as marble, ceramic, carpet, stone, linoleum, and sealed hardwood floors and parquet. Not all floor types are suitable for steam cleaning. For more details about h2o mop please visit ADS TUTORIAL

My h2o mop will not allow any water flow the red light comes on after afrw minutes the green light comes on but there is no water or steam flowing out what can i do

Try running a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water,turn on & let run through if this dosn't work take the mop head off ( unplugged of course) & poke a needle or paper clip through the hole replace head & try vinegar solution agian. It worked for mine you need to clean out lime scale.

Hi I have just purchased a Sieger Vapor Steam Mop do I need to put the clip on when steam cleaning tiles & lino or just for when I do carpets Cheers Lelly

you only use it for carpets. by the way, did you know you cant get the mop pads !!!!
Q to target customer service:
Dave: can i get some spare mop pads in store?
Cust service: no we dont sell them
Dave: ok where can i get some more?
Cust service: you cant, its a target mop
Cust service: its ok, you just wash them and reuse
Dave: yeah i wash my jocks, but i dont wear them forever, they wear out and i dont rub my bum on the floor
Cust service: you can't return it.
Dave: (NOT 100% happy, would you be?)

you maust have some type of wax build up on ur porceline tiles that has not been removed, and should never been used to begin with as poceline is its own finished luster...or you may have used a strong concentration of cleaner that has left behind residue and needs more water clean up.....try looking to see what type of lines,and size the streaks are and decide if they are created by the cleaning pocess or are left behind by the cleaning solution.....good luck...hope this helps..
