Question about Brother HL-2040 Laser Printer
I 've already paid two times $14.99. I thought problem was fixed but I was wrong. Now another paper is stuck under the red roller. And the red "Paper" light is on continually. Last time we cleared the stuck paper and green lite went on. I thought it was fixed but then I tried to print & the copy came out folded as before. The next paper after that got stuck under the red roller.
To your concern of twice paying and problem still exists, you could always email email@example.com and bring this to their attention. I am sure that they will be more than happy to attend to your requirements.
Alternately, you could click on the "Ask Me" button of the expert that assisted you and seek further assistance.
As to your printer problem, may I kindly ask what has been done in terms of repair, adjustment or anything to try and correct the issue.
Hope that this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
