Question about HP DeskJet 990cxi InkJet Printer
Hi, have a 990cxi, the orange light over the ink cartridge symbol is blinking and we can't print. Ordered two new cartridges (bw, and color) and replaced the old cartridges. Despite this the orange light is still blinking and the printer will not print. What am I doing wrong
Hi! there might be two possibilities...
1) the device drivers you have installed is corrupt.. try uninstalling n then installing the drivers
2) if that is not working out then your printer must be having some problem.. you may have to get it serviced.
