I bought Pimsleur language software on Audiofy "audiobook chips." I lost the chips. I paid over $700 and still have the receipt.

I have the software on my computer but they are locked wma files. Audiofy says "tough luck."

Is there anything I can do?

You are out of luck if you lost a product you paid for. Just because it is related to computers doesn't mean it'd be free...if you lost your running shoes and had a receipt, Foot Locker would not give you a new pair!
