having problem with my sony dvd rw dw-g120a
problems is: windows cannot start this hardware device because its confiuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (code 19)
can anyoner help me, im not sure what i have to do

I cannot burn my home movies to my dvd drive, my dvd drive is called SONY DVD RW-G120A, it says this device is disabled Code 22, Please help me fix this problems. Thank you

- my problem still cannot be fixed, I have tried what was given to me, but my dvd still does not work, is there a way I can download something to help? from my past experience with fixya for a similar problem they sent me a download that just worked fine, all others being sent are ways I can do myself. Please help me!
