It would require two seperate components. The first is the cable, the second is the signal converter. The cable can be found at any A/V store and the converter can be found at:

Where do you plug in a mp3 player into the karaoke machine and what kind of cable do I need?

Anything that has a headphone output can be adapted to feed an RCA cable pair for standard stereo to any audio device with a standard RCA input (except PHONO). Get a cable like the one described here: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10218&cs_id=1021804&p_id=665&seq=1&format=2
and connect it into any available analog input EXCEPT "Phono".

I have a customer on the phone who has a olevia flat screen and can not locate an input for his cable wire. where are they located?

here are the only signal inputs located at the back of the tv.
1 x HDMI input ( 19 pin HDMI Type A )
2 x component video input ( RCA phono x 3 )
1 x VGA input ( 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15) )
Audio line-in ( RCA phono x 2 )
2 x S-Video input ( 4 pin mini-DIN )
2 x composite video/audio input ( RCA phono x 3 )
1 x headphones ( mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm )
1 x SPDIF output ( TOS Link )
1 x audio line-out ( RCA phono x 2 )
1 x subwoofer output ( RCA phono )
1 x serial

If you are looking for a coaxial cable input.. it is actually not available so you have to connect a converter from coax cable to RCA cable for you to connect it on your tv.

Cant find audio output

On the earlier model AOC 32", there was only 1 audio output in the form of a digital Toslink output (fiber optic). An updated model was introduced in late 2008 which included a left and right phono audio output. The only ways to combat the lack of phono audio output on the earlier model are to either, A: Purchase an analog to digital converter online, or B: Go through a device with an analog to digital audio converter built in. Something like a stereo receiver should do this without any problem. Hope this helps.

Karaoke

hi, you can connect a video monitor or beam your laptop with the external VGA output fn + f5 and you can select the preferred output, but everything you do on the laptop, will appear in another screen

Audio output ?

MOST UNITS HAVE MONITOR OUTPUT ON THEM. IF YOU ARE GOING INTO THE PHONO INPUT ON THE RECIEVER YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A STEP DOWN CONVERTER. THIS REDUCES THE AMPLITUDE OF THE SIGNAL DOWN, SO THE PHONO INPUT CAN ACCEPT IT.

Computer monitor

I have never tried that but I would say it won't work that way. I have 2 display cards (3 outputs each, VGA, DVI, TVout) and 3 monitors. When I check the driver software and multiple screen function, it shows only 2 output (VGA and DVI) each. I cannot set TV output as a second screen. Even display properties on windows, it shows only available monitor output. I don't think you can do that.
Thank you,
Tan

Blank karaoke machine

Try looking on the back of the machine for vertical and or horizontal hold controls (marked V-Hold and H-Hold) and try adjusting them, especially the horizontal hold.

If that doesn't help, then the next troubleshooting step would be if the machine has a video output you could try connecting to a TV/Monitor and see if the graphics appear there.
